Sell of 4835 Northwest 10th Street

Matthew Ballard has purchased a property located at 4835 Northwest 10th Street consisting of 1.25 acres more or less with a 1,880 square foot building from Dennis Chandler for $139,000. The business is Greener Grass and will be utilized as an operations center. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Anne Reggio.
