40 acres sold at Moccasin Trail and North Bryan

Shawnee, Oklahoma—June 2012

Dagiva Enterprises, Inc. has purchased a property located at the Northeast corner of Moccasin Trail and North Bryan consisting of 40 acres more or less from C & J Thomas Family Properties, L.L.C. for $132,000.  The land will be utilized as development land.  Irmon Gray and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Margaret Davis with Century 21 Golden Key Realty, Shawnee represented the Buyer.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Debbie Bourbonnais.
