Retail Building Sold on West Memorial

Homes by Taber Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 305 West Memorial Road consisting of 10,200 square feet on 1.5 acres from L & L Family Trust, L.L.C. The property will be the corporate headquarters of Homes by Taber. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title Company in Edmond by Mary Moore.
