CBD Warehouse Sold!

307 NW 13^th, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 307 Northwest 13^th Street consisting of 23,500 square feet from MJH Properties, L.L.C. The warehouse, built in 1947 and originally used as an automobile dealership will be remodeled and used as an investment for the current owners. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Stewart Abstract and Title by Margaret Harkey.
