L & S Plumbing Partnership, LTD. has leased a property located at 321 Scott Street consisting of 8,250 square feet from Claude Brooks. L & S Plumbing will utilize the space as a new Oklahoma City headquarters for their business based in Richardson, Texas. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
