Scott Investment Corporation has purchased a property located at 2800 South Kelly consisting of 14,234 square feet from Donald L. Smith for $1,050,000. The facility will be utilized as an office/warehouse investment. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM and Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Pilar Beare.
