Space leased in Classen Plaza Shops

Dannie Calhoun and Tamika Coleman have leased a property located at 3507 North Classen consisting of 1,280 square feet from NGS Properties, Inc. This space will be utilized as a Dollar Store and will open in the spring of 2011. Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
