SG Properties, L.L.C. has purchased a 6,000 square foot industrial office/warehouse located at 325 Scott Street in Del City, Oklahoma. The Sellers were Chris and Lori Ode of Boise, Idaho. The buyer owns 247 Graphix in Del City and will utilize this property for their corporate headquarters. Purchase price was $235,000. Rocky Williams with Chase Bank financed the sale and Penny Zumwalt with First American Title & Trust Company closed the transaction.
