Lease renewed at 56 Expressway Place

Cosmic Concepts L.T.D dba Media Start Productions of Oklahoma City has leased a space at 56 Expressway Place located at 5601 N.W. 72nd Street, Suite 308 consisting of 1,365 square feet from 56 Expressway Place, L.L.C. The business will utilize the space for general office purposes. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM and Stephen Pestinger with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
