Advanced Academics, Inc. has leased a property located at One East Sheridan consisting of 8,594 square feet from Candy Factory Lofts, L.L.C. This business is Advanced Academics and will be utilized as general office space for the on-line learning company. They will now occupy the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the Candy Factory Lofts. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group and Chuck Ainsworth with The Ainsworth Company handled the transaction.
