4,000 square feet leased at Harrah West Shopping Center

Precision Physical Therapy has leased a property located at 19629 Northeast 23rd Street in Harrah consisting of 4,000 square feet from Nagida Investments, L.L.C. This business will temporarily relocate to Harrah West Shopping Center while constructing their new facility and the premises will be utilized as a medical office. Brandy Rundel with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
