1,604 square feet leased at 201 West Oklahoma

NGV Fleet Partners, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 201 West Oklahoma in Guthrie consisting of 1,604 square feet from the United States Postal Service. NGV Fleet Partners sell and lease school buses that have been converted to use compressed natural gas, the facility will be utilized as their office. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
