C. Jorge has purchased a property located at 1101-1103 Northwest 27th Street consisting of 1,426 square feet from Tecumseh Properties, L.L.C. of New York for$49,500. The facility will be utilized as a duplex. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group and Ed Zimmerman with City Commercial handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Guaranty Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
