American Equity Mortgage have renewed their lease at Lakepointe West, located at 4045 Northwest 64th Street, Suite 190 consisting of 3,714 square feet Lakepointe West, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as American Equity Mortgage’s office space. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
