Godwin Formwork Solutions has
leased industrial space located at 9720 Pole Road in Oklahoma City consisting of
10,500 square feet from Ridgeway Investments, TIC. This space will be utilized for
administrative offices and storage of equipment and supplies for concrete
formwork, shorings, and ancillary equipment. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ
Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
