Illicit, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 16420 Muirfield Place consisting of 6,073 square feet from Cosmo Properties, L.L.C. for $1,200,000. The facility will be utilized as office space. Robert Sullivan, CCIM and Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma by Dawn Brooks.
