Updown Arcade coming soon to the Plaza District

Updown Arcade bar has leased the newest property in the Plaza district at 1629 Northwest 16th Street consisting of 4,966 square feet. NAI Sullivan Group recruited the video game and bar/restaurant concept who operates in 6 other metros in the Midwest.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and Lessor.
