Globus Financial, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 214-216 Southwest 30^th Street consisting of 9,275 square feet and 0.16 acres from Options Unlimited Counseling for $280,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Group by Michelle Roberts.
