MMK&S, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 3230 North Rockwell consisting of 4,797 square feet from GreenPath, Inc. for $215,000.  The facility will be utilized as an investment property.  Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Abstract and Title Company by Alison Nobs.
