BioLife Plasma Services leases space in the Lakeshore Shopping Center

BioLife Plasma Services, LP has leased a retail property located at 4275 Northwest 63^rd Street consisting of 15,627 square feet from Pilchers Lakeshore, LP.  This facility will be utilized as a plasma donation center.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee.
