3007 NW 63^rd, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 3007 Northwest 63^rd Street consisting of 5,513 square feet from WYW Realty, L.L.C. for $398,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title by Teresa Koeppe.
