1031 EZ Exchange, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 13520 Brandon Place & 6438 Memorial Road consisting of 3.65 acres from Memorial Self Storage L.P. for $2,755,000.  The facility will be utilized as a self-storage facility. Jeff Lester, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.  Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company by Pilar Beare.
