Grooms & Pollard Utility Services, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 30 Northeast 38^th Street consisting of 2,544 square feet from Ellis Manufacturing Co.  This property will be utilized as an office and storage for commercial site utility and plumbing work.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Lessee and Lessor.
