Space Leased at Village Park South

Barbra Smola Enterprises has leased a property located at 10449 North May Avenue consisting of 1,625 square feet from Tran BP, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a women’s clothing Store.  Sam Swanson, David Hartnack and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
