Wineglass Floral and Design, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 5734 Northwest 39^th Expressway consisting of 1,000 square feet from Aria Properties, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a florist retail shop.  Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
