Retail Center in Lawton Sells

Jennifer Colbert Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1201, 1203, 1205 Northwest Sheridan Road in Lawton consisting of 13,275 square feet on 1 acre from Sheridan North Properties, L.L.C. for $2,202,667.  This was purchased as an investment property. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Chicago Title and Trust by Andrea McAlister.
