200 Northeast 34th Street Sold

Robert McLaughlin has purchased an industrial property located at 200 Northeast 34^th Street consisting of 34,948 square feet from Sean Ezell for $1,450,000.  The facility will be utilized as a warehouse.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title Company by Pilar Beare.
