A & E Grill in Mustang Sold

Fernando De Loera has purchased a property located at 305 East Highway 152 in Mustang consisting of 5,216 square feet from James Shilling, Inc. for $777,000.  The building is the former A & E Grill and will reopen as a Mexican Restaurant. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title by Mary Gardner.
