8019 South Regency Drive Sold

Wick Holdings, L.L.C has purchased land located at 8019 South Regency Drive consisting of 2.09 acres from DDDD, L.L.C. for $590,000.  The property will be utilized as an auto storage facility.  Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title by Barbara Chatman.
