Baked Placid Operators, L.L.C. doing business as Insomnia Cookies has leased a retail property located at 215 South Washington Street consisting of 992 square feet from Rebuilt Real Estate, L.L.C.  Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
