Jan Girdner has purchased a property located at 3926 Southwest 29^th Street consisting of 7,500 square feet on 6 acres more or less from Mobile Mini, Inc. of Tempe, AZ for $395,000.  This business is Advanced Transmission & Axle and will be utilized as a service center for axle and transmission service. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman and Anne Reggio.
