Special Metals, Inc. has leased a property located at 2500 South Council Road consisting of 66,200 square feet from Producers Coop.  This business is Special Metals, Inc. and will be utilized as a pipe distribution location.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Lessor and Brad Baker with Coldwell Banker Commercial handled the transaction for the Lessee.
