Rasa Floors has leased a property located at 3711 South 73^rd East Avenue in Tulsa consisting of 5,808 square feet from TPRF/Tulsa Industrial, L.L.C. This business is a flooring company and will be utilized as a distribution center. Sean O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction along with David Glasgow with CB Richard Ellis of Tulsa.
