Industrial Property Leased

Great White Pressure Pumping, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 3901 Valley Park Drive consisting of 9,700 square feet from Mathena, Inc. This business is a division of Great White Energy and will be utilized as a service center. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Lessor and Scott Voelkel with Foster and Company, Dallas, Texas handled the transaction for the Lessee.
