5 Acres at Northwest 36th and Sara Road Sold!

Praise Tabernacle of Oklahoma has purchased a property located at ¼ mile south of Northwest 36th and Sara Road consisting of 5 acres from Corinthian Court, L.L.C. for $120,000. The land will be utilized as a site for a new church. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company by Nancy Hrdy.
