Cowboy Storage II, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at Northwest 27th Street and Janeway consisting of 4.61 acres from OL 27, Inc. for $150,000. The land will be utilized for a future site for a mini storage. Bobby Davis with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction represented the Seller and Karen Milburn with Grace Commercial Real Estate represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company-Lakeside by Connie Calaway.
