Banc First has purchased a property located at 224 North Division Street in Guthrie consisting of 4,183 square feet from Carolyn Summers. The property will be utilized as a new branch location. Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group and Jan Goodyear with Banc First handled the transaction. Closing was held at Benchmark Title.
