Sell of 9100 Charter Oak Road

Christopher T. Mhoon and Lynda J. Mhoon have purchased a property located at 9100 Charter Oak Road in Edmond consisting of approximately 10 acres of land including a 2,400 square foot industrial building from Dean Macrory Homes, Inc. for $213,000. The facility will be utilized as a lawn care and maintenance facility. Sean O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group and Brad Resser with Keller Williams handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Eagle Title Insurance Company by Stacy Merrill.
