Livestock Nutrition Center, L.L.C. has purchased a rail spur located at 19371 Bellview Street in Thackerville, Oklahoma from NGL Crude Terminals, L.L.C. This rail spur is on 5.51 acres and is served by BNSF Railway Company. Livestock Nutrition Center also purchased 20 acres of adjacent land from a private party. The land will house a facility to produce and distribute livestock feed. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and the Seller.
