HGM Investments, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 3650 Southwest 29th Street in Oklahoma City consisting of 47,947 square feet of warehouse on approximately 3 acres from AMC Portland, L.L.C. for $1,409,427. This was purchased as an investment with plans of redevelopment. Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and RJ Jimenez with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
