Seneca Companies, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 125 Northeast 138th Street in Edmond consisting of 11,986 square feet from DPI Development, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for the office and warehouse for Seneca Companies, Inc. to be used as their Oklahoma City headquarters.
