VS Power OK, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 711 West 9th Street in Hobart, Oklahoma consisting of 86,940 square feet on 24.39 acres more or less from Hobart 9th, L.P. for $900,000. This was purchased as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
