A Private Buyer has purchased Comanche Self-Storage located at 2005 and 2054 Northwest 20th Street in Lawton consisting of 11,700 rentable square feet from Neon Ventures Lawton, L.L.C. for an undisclosed price. Frank Sheehy with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.
