Nolan & Sadie’s Clubhouse, L.L.C. has leased retail space at Normandy Plaza located at 2262 West Main Street in Norman consisting of 10,707 square feet from WH Normandy Creek, L.L.C. This space will be used as a We Rock the Spectrum-Kid’s Gym and Indoor Playground. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
