POWERStone, Inc. has leased retail space located at 3408 36th Avenue, Northwest Suite 104 consisting of 1,390 square feet from Mike Jolley Investments, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as an Any Lab Test Now testing center. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
