Plus 5 Designs, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 3408 36th Avenue, Northwest Suite 122 consisting of 1,390 square feet from Mike Jolley Investments, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a location for Plus 5 Designs photography and children’s store. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
