Restinvest IV, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 121 Cimarron Road in Guthrie consisting of 4,232 square feet from Zi Jian Zhao for $465,000. The property will be utilized as a Burger King restaurant. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller.
