ECO Development, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 42405 Westech Road in Shawnee consisting of 12,000 square feet and 10 acres from Rentzel Properties, L.L.C. for $557,000. The property will be utilized as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
