Ostovar Investments, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 3701 North Meridian Avenue consisting of 3,708 square feet and 0.40 acres from McFarland Real Estate, L.L.C. for $350,000. The property will be utilized as an investment. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
