1100 Vickie Drive in Del City Sold

Ted and Susan Nevolas have purchased a residential property located at 1100 Vickie Drive consisting of 1,068 square feet from the Buddy A. Shadid Revocable Trust for $93,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Company by Kaitlin Howard.
